Roles

There are three types of roles within a team, allowing you to distinguish what team members should and should not be able to do within the team.

1. Viewer

Viewers can view projects in any folder they have access to within the team. This includes opening projects and viewing all assets/layers inside and viewing published versions on the Player.

2. Editor

Editors have all the permissions that Viewers have.

Additionally, they can make edits to projects they have access to in the team. This includes making adjustments within the project, renaming the project, and moving the folder the project is in.

3. Admin

Admins have all the permissions that Editors and Viewers have.

Additionally, they can access Team Settings, invite others to the team, and adjust permissions of other team members.

Plans have various limits on how many team members can take on the roles listed above. Learn more about this on our Pricing Page
